• Coaching,evangelizing, educating, front end development best practices
• Learn new technologies for quick turnaround
• Work with a wide variety of people ( information developers, developers, product owners,designers, etc.)
• Recommends and implements new or improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures & processes.
• Being part of a product team, understanding user needs, & exploring user-centered designs specifying, building, testing, deploying,maintaining, & supporting your code
• Provides technical support assistance to customers/ IBM field support (SSRs) using problem determination/problem source identification skills.
